HARZ | BAUMHARZ |Fichtenharz|reinigen|klären|bushcraft|deutsch|survival

Hello hello people, I’m the ingo of the channel UEBERLEBER beautiful that you again with you’re there with us today
again professor doctor doctor chris hello as you can see we have no costs
and try to shy away and just enter underground lab under our bushcraft
camp built the superfluous laboratory, so to speak
slash the overlab like already announced today is again the topic of resin
And that’s about the processing we want this today filter raw material respectively
clarify you have seen in the last episode that
We collected a lot of resin were even on the way again
here a little bit upped and this is the exploit we have here
want to weigh the same time so it is really big bags that are right
Hard we estimate it myself three to four kilo we have now
a scale down here in the garage uh ins brought over
to weigh that exactly and then Let’s see what comes out well
just the middle 3.5 kilos so a whole lot 3.5 kilos of space around it
to experiment right now ahead
it will probably be a bit more extensive the whole subject resin than we do it
So we actually had before will probably be several here
to make videos on the topic with the
Crowds are also something the risen and this claims
material is just so interesting you can do so much with us that
put in the right place want
that maybe does it here and there too not always necessarily so in the field
bushcraft or survival though when do you have three and a half kilo
self-collected resin in hand and can process it further
We want a little something Specifically, we will be the resin first cleanse filter so we start today
but beyond that we will also be different Methods show different
Try out methods and then it goes to the
further processing of the resin than last consequence what the resin clarify
then we want to concern the complete exploitation in just any
pour great fulminant form and then let’s see what that looks like so it is
not everything completely thought out At the same time we really want it
exaggerate especially what the degree of purity is what the quantity and with the form in which we
then pour everything why we want to clean resin if you collect the resin from the tree you still have it small impurities needles some small pieces of bark insects dust and that’s what we want
we do not want it crystal clear or as pure as possible
because we are different want to use materials under
Another anointing and there you want Of course not the fat moth we found that’s why
just filter first this filter process is actually like that
simple as he sounds we have to do that The raw material will heat it up
Then you pour it through the filter and in a container
then this resin then caught we can let it cool down and
continue processing how it works now filter this
There are a lot of possibilities and methods that you can apply
it depends a bit on what Ultimately, you want to be the result
have it already is one Difference whether one is on hikes
if you have an open fire if you are in the camp is whether one is at home whether one is
hearth plate has what you have for vessels what do you have for materials and
Ultimately how pure do you want the resin Do we need her for that?
processing we are today here in the überberber lab overlabor yes
are we honestly we are in my garage but from the principle one can do that
Just outside we are here today because we have continuous light here it will be in winter we can do that relatively quickly
just not so good at filming course we have other amenities
a cooking plate and vessels but you can do it all outside
tinker in the bushcraft camp itself because then you have just fire as a source of heat
The principle remains the same as us but also want to go to the camp again
Follow where we do it on open fire or gas burner
to show you that this is exactly how we work
but today in our little one but fine cooking studio (but now it is enough) Today we make the skimming method
It works with hot water have already prepared something and here you can see everybody
utensils we need for it first we will
crush the resin so we it almost pulverized then
the resin comes together with a stone in this sock and this sock is then
our filter will bind you then The cord here at the end still together
and then you sink the whole sock with stone and resin in the water
stone ensures that the sock to the soil sinks because the resin is lighter
as the water and we use that in the think twice as the resin
is heated by the hot water and liquid and goes up
but must go through before the fine mesh of the sock
so that all these contaminants like needles bark dust dirt and so on
stay in the sock the sock stays on
soil and the purified resin increases the water surface and we can
then simply pick it up or skim off and then give it in here
this shell in it is a bit cooler water then slowly cools down
resin there we can then touch it and Then have a kneading kneading then
we cleaned this resin beautifully problem is to find it
in it still air inclusions from maybe still knead together
a bit of water so that’s not that degree of purity we
So we want to crush this lump it again a little bit
put in this glass and the glass We then carefully again into the water
and so all the way up Air bubbles up and the mass
condenses again to one really pure clear material and that
Then we pour into these silicone molds let it cool and then
Do we have what we really want? namely beautifully purified resin before
it really starts this first crush
that works best when the resin Frozen is so in winter either
lying outside or in the froster then it is really brittle
and just easier to chop it’s best to take one
cloth bag I have here now An old pillowcase and there we put in the frozen resin make nice tight This crushing is really good because
then the heat a bigger one offers attack surface and thereby goes
Of course, it is much faster here are still great pieces here you
can you imagine It takes a while until the
Just heat completely inside but if you have a very fine material is
that knock a little faster a bit more okay the socks are full now
first a stone we have now determined the following
This roasting pan is out stainless steel and here the resin deposits
it stays hot here too we stick it now with this glue
coated pot in it we want the heat socks again in the hope that we have something else
we could think better this looks really nice here
What we do here but that is one You can not become real mess
say differently but it works so yes in the coated pot it starts now it collects
already on the surface and in parallel, I’ll do that
Prepare water bath Yes so now we have stopped skimming
that is now the exploitation here so a cucumber glass full now we want the skimmed resin
into the water bath in the glass everything has condensed slightly the air escapes the water evaporates a bit more so that we have one
nice clear mass we have then Finally pour into this silicone mold
like a little interim conclusion that was really more complicated than
thought We quickly realized that it was with the
stainless steel to containers did not work well at all because of itself
the resin has been fixed everywhere it also stuck to the floor and it’s not all
really went up that was now in the coated pot a lot
better we also noticed a smaller one sock is really better because of such a
elongated sock when the slow of course empties a lot
has cotton material and there the resin gets caught then again and again that’s all
somehow a bit counterproductive been so good to know for that
next time a little sock use something coated as a cooking pot and
maybe just clean a sock and a while really wait
have patience and then quite comfortably above a layer
skim we started right away
to skim off always very small collected resin droplets that was actually
Completely complex that’s all a lot we now have a better time in the process
The yield can be learned still let see
there is still a little something in there the socks in there but we have now
also just stoped we only have a bag of four handles the
We would prefer others really in a coated pot
make or a pan now it’s just about us the first place in the water that
that liquefies here again that we can fill it and all the
Now glass and heat are bursting certainly glass does not burst glass bursts
only if the Temperature differences are very fast
and very big so if the glass is now would come from the freezer and
then I put it in boiling water then there is tension and then it bursts
but so you can warm it up slowly and now like here on
Room temperature is not a problem you put the glass in here and we heat it
not the water until now You can even cook here bit into it that all looks very smooth from now we will first in the
pour silicone mold and then we’ll look Let’s see how it looks cured
the good thing about the glass is you can top it up here actually still touch but for
security I prefer to wear gloves Here’s a short info we have
yesterday in the middle of the recordings found that the camera
not here with the halogen lighting so really clear comes the one
Camera does that without any problems Others always have such a flicker
Maybe you have already recorded this seen on the recordings
the skill We will not be in hindsight anymore
change but we have just yesterday the recordings first canceled and
are on the other camera model and that is the current one we have now let the silicone molds cool down and I think let’s see that
So for a small bag this is the yield
I mean it’s not all that good works like we actually do
thought was also a very nice Tearful but very tedious but that
is not bad here you can get that from
Close look in the quality and the purity could be synonymous without problems
continue to work to produce glue around drinking vessels or conditions
seal and so on and so forth but it is still so from here
color some impurities
to see them now play no role in the bushcraft area
but we said yes we want it we want to exaggerate the whole
really have a bit cleaner if possible, milk glass clear or
crystal clear that means we will be the whole We filter material again
but not today that’s enough here first We want to finish in a row
almost everything we cleaned up resin have been pouring together and in succession
we will filter everything again fine so we hopefully one
really crystal clear piece of resin receive so people now we have reached the end
conclusion so the Abschschöpfverfahren works that is for sure it can
not much can happen do not catch fire like with
a direct flame or an open flame flame
but it is completely quite honest this has been a nice mess
skim everything stays on the spoon glue
It works for small quantities Definitely good for such a big one
amount as we intended now that is simply very elaborate and
a mess so the yield here the condensed version is
Of course, not bad, of course have now gotten five such forms is a fine thing we will try a few others
methods but then just in another video
I hope you have the episode too again, even if there are some
bad luck and glitches gave both As far as the camera equipment is concerned
also the procedure but it is also times quite exciting to see how big
quantities of tree resin processed We are happy that we are
did not light everything here and look forward to further processing
I’m sure it’ll be fine until next time

  1. Erster! Hey so ne Garage im Wald macht total Sinn. "Hold my beer"

Bin schon gespannt aufs " Glasklar Produkt " 😉
    Macht weiter so.

    Viele Grüße ausm Wieslauftal

  5. Moin moin

    LG
    Ruben

  8. Und haben erst mal schon….. Ja wat hamer denn dann?

Ich hoffe ihr bekommt das Harz klar. Würde mich interessieren.

Herrlich! Hab so gelacht.

  12. Also irgendwelche neuen dinge bringen mir derzeit nix.

  16. Was hab ich´n jetz hier für´n Chaotenkanal entdeckt? Labor unter´m Bushcraftcamp? Headgebangte Vollchaoten!! 😛 Immer schön weiter so!
Sattes Ergebnis, hey!

  17. So was von LIKE!!!! So genial!

Gibt feinstes goldenes harz

  22. Juten Tach, juten Abend

    Eben euern/dein Kanal entdeckt.
    Abo is garantiert.
Da steck einiges an Herzensarbeit drin.
Danke

    Gruß aus West Brandenburg (HVL)
