I truly love what I do for a living and
I’m not saying that on camera cuz that’s what you’re supposed to say. I don’t think I’m capable of doing something for a living that I don’t enjoy. When I see
people come in after having a bad day dealing with the everyday struggles of
life and they show up anyways and they put in the work and ultimately get the
result that inspires me. The act of helping people that’s the best part about it. We provide three basic types of services, we do fitness, we do nutrition, and then I do personal development. For fitness I do one-on-one personal
training, I do semi-private which is groups of ten people or less, and I also
run a boot camp which is no more than thirty people enrolled at any given time. For nutritional counseling no matter whether you do personal training, boot camp, semi-private you get some sort of nutritional plan and if you do
semi-private or personal you actually get a custom nutritional plan. And then as far as the personal development goes I infuse personal development into all my programs. The three areas I specialize in fitness, nutrition, and personal development those three areas are extremely important so that’s why I
infuse that in everything that I do. For a lot of people the gym is not just
about working out and getting results but people enjoyed the social aspect but
also they benefited from the social aspect and I realized okay I want to
actually courage that and cultivate that so in addition to belonging to a great
program when you join you just inherit this group of people to love you and
support you and encourage you and probably gonna make a few friends in the
process. I’m willing to do anything and everything I can within my power to get results and that starts with creating a program that works and I want to keep it
simple and keep it easy so you can just jump right in and not have to think
about it. Our goal at Survival of the Fittest Health
